At BLUR LLC, we believe the delivery of your bespoke suit or luxury evening gown is an integral part of our atelier experience. Every garment is meticulously hand-pressed, inspected, and packed in reinforced protective wardrobe boxes with breathable non-woven garment bags and contoured luxury hangers to prevent crushing or creasing during transit.

Every BLUR parcel is shipped inside our custom matte black keepsake wardrobe box with debossed metallic insignia, archival monogram tissue lining, personalized thank-you stationery, and an atelier care guide.

2. Atelier Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Each tailored suit and gown undergoes rigorous manual inspection, steam finishing, and careful folding into our signature garment boxes prior to courier release.

3. Shipment Tracking & Signature Confirmation

Upon package handover to our carrier partner (UPS, FedEx, or DHL), an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier link will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

To safeguard your valuable investment, all orders exceeding $500 require a direct adult signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the carrier will re-attempt delivery or securely hold the parcel at a local pickup point.

4. International Duties & Customs

For international shipments outside the United States, applicable value-added taxes (VAT), import tariffs, or local duties may be assessed by your destination customs authority. These customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
