How to Take Accurate Measurements
For Suits & Blazers
- Chest: Stand relaxed with arms at sides. Wrap tape under arms across the fullest part of chest.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline where trouser waistband comfortably rests.
- Sleeve: Measure from center back of neck across shoulder and down to wrist bone.
For Dresses & Gowns
- Bust: Wrap measuring tape horizontally across the apex of the bust line.
- Natural Waist: Measure around narrowest part of torso, above navel.
- Hips: Measure with feet together around the fullest part of buttocks.
