Welcome to BLUR LLC ("BLUR", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", or "you") and BLUR LLC governing your access to and use of our digital boutique at https://blur-wear.com, including all purchases of tailored apparel, luxury outerwear, eveningwear, and bespoke atelier items.
By accessing our boutique, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you may not access or purchase through this website.
1. Atelier Orders & Commercial Acceptance
All orders placed through BLUR LLC represent an offer by you to acquire the selected garments subject to these Terms. An order is confirmed only once payment authorization has cleared, our atelier inventory allocation is finalized, and an official order confirmation email is issued.
BLUR LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, cancel, or limit order quantities for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing discrepancies, stock unavailability, or failure to meet security verifications.
2. Pricing, Currency & Invoicing

Listed Currency: All prices displayed are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly indicated otherwise through local currency conversion.

Taxes & Customs: State sales taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. International clients may be subject to local import duties, tariffs, and customs clearances upon delivery as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

3. Bespoke Sizing & Fitting Advisory
Our garments are tailored to contemporary high-fashion silhouettes. While our Size Guide and styling concierge provide accurate measurements, fabric drape and natural fibers may vary slightly within customary sartorial tolerances (typically ±0.5 inches).

4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) calendar days from delivery date in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy:

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retained with all original BLUR security ribbon seals and hangtags attached.

Custom bespoke pieces crafted with personalized monogramming or custom alterations are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on this website, including garment designs, photography, text, graphics, logos, emblems, typography, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of BLUR LLC and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress statutes.
Reproduction, redistribution, framing, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of BLUR LLC assets without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BLUR LLC provides its website and items on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. BLUR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or website.
